Danny Ferreira
President
Danny has work demolition industry since 2010. Prior to founding WRECK+DIG, he worked as an equipment operator, site superintendent, and Project Manager for several large demolition firms in Ontario. He is responsible for business development, providing quotations for tenders, requests for proposal and other pricing requests. On awarded projects he is responsible for operations management including managing the coordination of labour, equipment and materials requirements. He oversees and ensures projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with all corporate health and safety policies and applicable laws and regulations.
MICHAEL CICCONI
Chief Estimator
Michael has worked in the industrial services industry since 2006 and has experience with complete decommissioning, demolition and hazardous materials abatement projects. In 2015, Michael co-founded his own abatement and demolition company, built it into a multi-million dollar environmental services provider, and sold 7 years later in 2022. As Chief Estimator, Michael is responsible for estimating and providing quotations for project tenders and proposals. On awarded projects he provides project management oversight, including managing labour, equipment and material requirements. Michael is a graduate of the University of Waterloo.
